I love sending my friends letters and cards in the mail and do so frequently. It's satisfying to pause, take the time and write out exactly what I'm up to and what it's like, then direct my musings to a specific person. Not only do I get to think of them and imagine why I love them and what I want to say to them, but I get to pause everything else that is happening. No phone, no podcast, no checking off lists, no responding to all the things yelling for my attention. I think it's a kind of meditation for me. Maybe you would like it too, so I'm asking you to consider writing your thoughts, questions, and admirations to your sweet friend who lives over there, and consider doing it on one of my notecards.:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
